I hereby decree

I hereby decree that Sherlock Holmes is the man. I think someone should make a prime-time television show about solving crimes by collecting the clues and using advanced intellect and laboratory equipment. "Holmes in Hollywood" it could be called, then after the show gained popularity spin-offs could be made, like "Holmes: Seattle" and "Holmes: London."
