According to my mother, I am a math whiz. Why? Because in our house it was the rule that unless you had a 3.0 grade average or higher, you couldn't drive. Guess where my GPA was throughout all of high school? 3.1. Yep. According to my mother, I was somehow subconsciously doing the math to figure out the bare minimum amount of work to get by. She figures that I calculated all the grades I would need on tests and then I weighed in how much homework I could skip and still get by with a B-. While I do not think that this is the case, I can't deny that it does sound like something I would have done so I could very well be true.
By the way, I got 100% on all my tests.
