I am most likely never going to get an iPhone. Here is why:
- Money.
- I make, on average, one phone call a day.
- I don't have a schedule so complicated that I am incapable of remembering apointments.
- I don't care to have access to email at all times.
- I don't text message.
- I work on a computer on the internet all day. I actually like to do other things during the rest of my time besides surfing the web.
- I recieve, on average, one phone call every two days.
- I don't like to isolate myself from others by listening to my own private collection of music as I try to avoid contact from the outside world as I travel from place to place. (I also don't have an iPod for this reason)
- It can't play games on it, like I can on my DS.
There are other reasons too, but I don't want to sound like a cry-baby. Basically, the iPhone, as great as it is, isn't meant for me. I just plain don't need one. The only reason I can think of to have one would be to test apps and the internets on it, like a good developer should. That isn't reason enough to justify spending money on the phone and data plan to be able to use it.
