I hereby decree

I hereby decree that having the Safari Browser on my Windows machine is pretty cool, but they forgot to include support for the scroll wheel on my mouse. At least I can't get it to work. It probably stems from the fact that Macs don't have multi-button mice except the mighty mouse and even then its not quite the same.
